The Cultural Exchange Center is your gateway to Saudi Arabia's cultural diversity. With its non-conventional methods and through its unique approach, the Cultural Exchange Center fosters access to and participation in Saudi Arabia's cultural heritage.

VISION:

To create a bridge between visitors, residents or those just passing-by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the local peoples through various cultural activities. To use a variety of cultural programs with appropriate information regarding the Kingdom's people, places, customs and traditions so as to enlighten them towards the historical and geological background.

The Cultural Exchange Center in Jeddah is a newly established organization geared for presenting the Saudi culture through various cultural packages carefully designed to meet the specific needs of visitors to the Kingdom and locals alike. Our goals are to create bridges between visitors and residents or short-term guest to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the local peoples through various cultural activities. We engage in different cultural programs with appropriate information regarding the Kingdom’s people, places, customs and traditions, so as to enlighten them towards the historical background and contributions of the Arab civilization to the modern world.

Our overall mission is to further an understanding and appreciation of the local heritage through education, exhibitions and entertainment programs and to serve as a platform of distinguished services to the growing number of visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who have yet to experience the cultural viewpoint of the local environment. Eye-opening information coupled with specially selected packages, the exchange programs gives our guests the opportunity to see the Kingdom in a different light. With diverse tours and activities to choose from, they will experience the invaluable gifts of historical knowledge, cultural discovery and a firsthand account of the Kingdoms natural heritage.

Specially designed packages have been created to cater to different fields of interest including Red Sea diving, Museum trips, Mosque visits and Historical tours of the old city. The Culture Exchange Center has a unique network of information and adventure specialists that together compliment the centers goals and widening possibilities for an exciting experience.

In addition to our Cultural Packages, we also are one of the first organizations to have the Arabic for non-Arabic speakers’ language course in Jeddah. A 12 level course geared for the non-Arabic speaking foreigners of Jeddah. The Cultural Exchange Center also offers Arabic Courses that specialize in Diplomacy, Business Administration, the Banking Sector and Communicating in the Medical Field.

We have experienced instructors who specialize in teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers and have been teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers in the United Kingdom, Russia, South Africa and Sweden.

Our language classes are designed to:
1) Provide an introduction for new students interested in learning Arabic at any level.

2) Refresh those with a past knowledge of the Arabic language who may be traveling abroad or wish to brush up on their skills.

3) Allow those who have taken classes previously to continue their studies.

The Arabic for non-Arabic speakers course is an excellent choice if you want to learn to read and write Arabic as it is found in newspapers and on TV across the Middle East. With Modern Standard Arabic, you’ll be understood by educated Arabs throughout the Middle East. These courses also introduce written script, invaluable for daily activities such as shopping and using public transport.
